06:00: Enjoy sunrise and admire the never-ending miraculous scenery of the Bay. Practice an invigorating Tai Chi session on the sundeck.

08:00: Transfer to day boat to visit Viet Hai village. You will take a bicycle trip along the village path and go through rainforests and dark tunnels. Enjoy the stunning scenery of rice fields on the way. Stop at the village to relax. Visit an ancient local house, made from straw, mud, and bamboo...you will have a chance to see the local life in a valley of local people.

12:30: Back to day boat for visiting Lan Ha Bay. Lunch served on day boat.

13:30: Visit Lan Ha Bay, free kayaking to discover bay by yourself and swimming in the blue water.

Visit the Van Boi area, which is the heart of Lan Ha Bay, there are a lot of white sandy and coral beaches.

16:30: Return to cruise, time for relaxing.

17:30: Enjoy cooking demonstration (teaching you how to make our speciality, Spring rolls) and the complimentary Sunset Party on the sundeck with local wine and fresh fruit.

19:00: Dinner is served in the restaurant. Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served for you by our wonderful onboard catering staff. After dinner, retiring to your cabin or join the fishing excursion, watch a movie, have a drink at the bar, wifi access or play exciting games.

Taking part in a cooking class is not only a fun activity but also offers great insight into the local culinary culture. In addition to learning awesome recipes, you get to make delicious food and memories to last a lifetime. Specially, we offer you a cooking class with the local villager to see the real Vietnam.

This morning you will be met at your hotel’s lobby by our local host who will lead you to the local market where not many tourists know. The best way to see the real culture is to ride a bicycle with our local host, so please be ready for this. Our local host will take you around and explain to you a lot of kinds of cooking spice and how Vietnamese cooks our healthy meal. Arriving to the local family, you will enjoy the basket boat around the water palm garden in front of the house just for fun before you do the hand-on cooking with our local chef. For our Vietnamese cooking, you will learn how to make green papaya salad, Hoian spring rolls, and Hoian special pancake, fish in the clay-pot or chicken with lemon grass. Lunch will be served with what you cook you back to the hotel for your free time.

Have some leisure time then transfer to Da Nang and take a flight to Ho Chi Minh.

Kickstart your day with a hearty breakfast and a trip to Mekong Delta follows, depart for My Tho, the town that lies on the left side of the Mekong River. Boarding the sampan and cruising down the river around the four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise Islands.

Stop over at Unicorn Island, go walking around the country lane and see orchards, enjoy tropical fruits, and folk song music which is performed by the local people. Visit the fruit plantation. 

Riding a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal and treat yourself in the beauty of the countryside, visit the family business, visit honey-bee farm, enjoy honey tea and coconut candy workshop. 

Have lunch at local restaurant. Break time.

In the afternoon, time for cycling around the Tan Thach village, meet the local villagers to experience the local daily life in the Mekong delta. Hammock relaxing and enjoy cool breeze for those can’t join the cycling trip. Return to Ho Chi Minh.
