Booking Terms
You will be required to pay a deposit when booking with Realistic Asia.
- Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
- Balance: The remaining 70% must be settled no later than 60 days prior to arrival.
Booking Process
- Step 1: Contact us at sales7@realisticasia.com to inform the date and number of travelers or special requirements.
- Step 2: Send us your scan copies of your passports
- Step 3: Deposit as following the invoice sent by us
Cancellation Policy
Realistic Asia must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would apply as follows:
- More than 60 days prior to arrival: Full deposit (30%) is retained and non-refundable.
- 45-60 days prior to arrival: Full deposit (30%) is retained and non-refundable.
- Less than 45 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged
Please note: that the domestic flight tickets in the package are non-refundable.
Unused Services
After the trip commenced, all unused services quoted in the tour package are not refundable (Accommodations, meals, sightseeing, tour, or other services which are included in the tour price)
Liability
REALISTIC ASIA Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions, and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance.
Notes
- We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance (covering emergency medical evacuation) for trips to Thailand.
- The cost of air tickets is subject to change without prior notice by the airlines.
- Reservations during peak times (Christmas, New Year, Lunar New Year, Songkran, and National Holidays) may be subject to supplementary charges.
- Rooms at hotels are available only from 14:00 on arrival day till 12:00 on departure date. A supplement will be added if early check-in or late check-out is desired.
- Please note that all the above services & tours have yet to be booked, they are proposed for your information only and we will not make any reservations before we receive your confirmation to do so.
- If one or some proposed service(s) is (are) not available at the moment of booking, we will try to find other possibilities/options or another similar service (s) in order to avoid changes to the program.

Visa Information
Cambodia offers e-visas to citizens of most countries and territories, allowing stays of up to 30 days. Citizens from 9 countries are eligible for visa exemption, with varying durations based on nationality.
If your country is not eligible for e-visas or visa exemption, please contact your travel advisor for the instructions and paperwork. You also can check the information about visa requirements and apply for an e-visa on the e-Visa.
Travelers to Cambodia can obtain a visa upon arrival at major international airports and border crossings. Please ensure that you bring a valid passport (with at least six months' validity) and a passport-sized photo. The visa fee is payable in cash (USD).
Insurance Information
Realistic Asia demands that all clients on our trips have proper personal medical insurance. If clients do not hold insurance and refuse to sign before the departure date, Realistic Asia reserves the right not to take the trip.
