DAY 1: WELCOME TO VIETNAM – HANOI ARRIVAL (B)
Your trip begins with arrival in Vietnam. Your private driver will meet and greet you at the airport. You will be escorted to the hotel by the private transportation. DAY 2: HANOI - ENJOY "CHA CA" DISHES (B)
After breakfast, you will go ahead to visit Hanoi by your own, enjoy their daily life with busy motorbike on the street. In the lunch time, at around 11h - 11h30 am, our tour guide will pick you up to the local restaurant and enjoy the signature dish in Hanoi " Bun Cha"
“Cha ca” is even considered the childhood dishes of many Hanoians memory. Especially, there is a street in the Old Quarter named after Cha Ca.
Cha Ca is Vietnamese Style Fish with turmeric and dill. It was first served in French colonial time by Doan family, it is has been one of preferred dishes and being Hanoi citizen gourmet proud.
It gives the best taste when it is still boiling in the vegetable oil pan. To have the best enjoyment, there are some techniques when eat this dish: grasp a piece of fish and then get some boiling oil in the pan to pour onto the piece and the eat with rice vermicelli and other herbs such as peanuts, coriander, dill, spiced fresh onion and very Vietnamese ingredient – Mam tom (fish sauce). Please do not forget to taste this dishes as Hanoians' way. After finishing, you will be free at your time.

DAY 3: HANOI STREET FOOD WITH "BUN CHA + PHO" (B/ D)
There are several ways to enjoy Hanoi cuisine, especially tailor-made food tour Hanoi. In the late afternoon, our tour guide will take you to visit and enjoy the best street food in Hanoi. It would be extremely suitable for visitors wishing to enjoy Hanoi’s cuisine in a local way. You can enjoy exploring a local market, where you pick your own ingredients before learning how to prepare popular street food dishes, such as Bun Cha (grilled pork patties with noodles), Pho (beef noodle)
Pho - the most popular dish in Hanoi as travelers love it for the savory broth and slow-cooked meat, both beef and chicken. You will be amazing with its condiments, especially the small but potent red peppers and freshly made rice noodles. Let’s try it, it is actually a cheap bowl of soup with ultra-fresh ingredients and slow-cooked, melt-in-your-mouth slices of beef or chicken.
Bun Cha - well-known local food in Hanoi. It is made of grilled pork and noodle, often thought to have been originated from Hanoi, Vietnam. This dish is served with grilled fatty pork (cha) over a plate of white rice noodle (bun) and herbs with a side dish of dipping sauce/broth. If you’re wondering how to eat Bun Cha, it’s easy – you just dip the bun noodles into a bowl of sauce flavored with heaping mounds of fresh herbs (mostly a type of Vietnamese shiso), sliced papaya, red chili and garlic.
When eating Pho and Bun Cha in Hanoi, where the best herbs, noodles and ingredients are available, the flavors are what many chefs would call ‘clean.’ Diners can identify each unique element and yet the flavors harmonize to create something wonderful.

DAY 4: HANOI – HA LONG BAY – OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE (B/L/D)
In the morning, check-out from hotel and get picked-up by the Cruise. Take the most scenic route to reach Halong Bay, taking you across the Red River Delta with emerald green rice paddies stretching for as far as the eyes can see. On arrival at Halong, you get to enjoy a cruise on the Bay to explore the limestone rocks and the karst grottoes.
After you are done with your exploration of the bay, it is time to enjoy an utterly delicious seafood lunch, after which there will be a trip to the famous Limestone cave in Ha Long bay, you’ll get to spend some time here, kayaking or swimming, so that you can get closer to the floating villages and shops. Towards the evening, you will return to the boat for an early dinner, followed by some time at leisure. You can optionally attend the activities taking part on the boat or relax for the day.

DAY 5: HALONG BAY – HANOI (B/L)
Rise early for a lesson in Tai Chi or just to enjoy a hearty breakfast. The boat will make its way back to the port stopping at the Limestone Cave, full of stalagmites and stalactites. From here, it’s clear sailing back to the main harbor and the return Hanoi around 17:00. Free at your leisure time.

DAY 6: TRAVEL FROM HANOI TO HOI AN - "CƠM GA" (CHICKEN RICE) (B)
Have breakfast at the hotel, have free time until our driver will meet you for a transfer to the airport for your next flight to Hoi An. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel. After hotel check-in have some leisure time in Hoi An.
You would be free to explore the ancient town food with "CƠM GÀ HOIAN" (HOIAN CHICKEN RICE). As with other chicken rice, the rice is flavored with chicken broth, but in certain restaurants, Com Ga also features a hint of turmeric in the rice, which makes it slightly more yellow than other chicken rice found in the region. And of course, true to Vietnamese dish, it is served with fresh greens and herbs on the side. Com Ga tasted a lot lighter and more fresh than the Hainanese chicken rice we find in Singapore. DAY 7: HOI AN STREET FOOD TOUR (B/ D)
You will be met and transferred by private car/van/bus to the farming village that is about 4 kms from the the center of Hoian where you can learn more about the daily life of the local farmer. Then back to Hoi An and indulge yourself in foodie heaven with the local unique cuisine.
Start our foodie exploration with a lot of well-known local dishes such as White rose, Banh Beo, Banh Nam, My Quang, Hoian special pancake, bbq pork rolls with vegetable, and the must-try banh my, and so on.
End our tour with the best Vietnamese coffee before you have free time to explore Hoian at night by yourself or going back to your hotel.

DAY 8: HOI AN ECO TOUR - "BANH XEO HOIAN" (B/ L)
If you want to escape from busy life, the countryside is always what you shouldn’t miss when you travel to Vietnam. The peaceful countryside in Vietnam is always the unforgettable thing in tourists’ eyes. Therefore, if you consider Hoian as one of your destinations, you should join us to visit the beautiful fishing village of Cam Thanh to explore more the daily life of the local people.
Today our guide will meet you at the hotel around 8:00 am and take you for a cycling trip to the countryside and rivers around Hoi An. As you meander through the countryside you will experience the friendliness of the local people greeting you along the way. After that, you will board the Hoi An Eco-tour boat for a river cruise to meet and engage with local fishermen. Enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing. After that, you will take a paddle boat trip in a unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat down the waterways of a coconut palm paradise.
You will have chance to enjoy Banh Xeo Hoian (Hoian Pancake) in lunch today.

DAY 11: MEKONG TRIP - "BANH XEO - CƠM TẤM" (B/L)
Your trip today will starts at around 8:00 am from the lobby of your hotel in Saigon with a drive to My Tho, the capital of Tien Giang Province 72 km from Ho Chi Minh City (Former Saigon). You will take time to visit Vinh Trang pagoda, the most beautiful pagoda of the province with a mixture structure of many styles.
Then take a boat trip round 4 beautiful islets: Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise. These evergreen islands among the Mekong River still remain unknown to many people. You will discover beautiful landscapes along the river and observe the typical Mekong delta rural life.
Stops on the way can be made upon request for particular visits or photos making. Visit the traditional house at Quoi An village (all made from coconut). See coconut collection set and how locals make handicrafts from trunk and shell, guests can see that they waste nothing, coconut even useful from wedding to funeral.
Enjoy seasonal fruit and listening to traditional music. Take horse cart on village path and stop at Ben Truc orchard, taste honey with tea or Mekong whiskey (they have a funny rule for guests to get in). Take rowing-boat on water palm creek. Take a boat to visit coconut candy mill (special product of Ben Tre province). Enjoy fantastic lunch with Bánh Xèo And Cơm Tấm here before coming back to Saigon where you will arrive at 6 pm. With Southern Banh Xeo has different variations to meet local tastes, that due to geographical differences in cooking styles and spices in Vietnam, banh xeo can have many different regional interpretations.
Cơm tấm means ‘broken rice’. During the process of harvesting and transporting rice the grains are often damaged. In the past, these fractured grains were difficult to sell because most people preferred to eat the long, whole grain rice. With their broken rice unsold farmers traditionally used it as animal feed. Nowadays, broken rice is often favoured over long grain rice for its texture (something akin to couscous), and cơm tấm is one of the best-loved dishes in Vietnam.

- Deposit: In order to secure your spot for the tour, an amount of 100% internal-flight tickets and 10% of land service are required to pay (the amount vary based each on tour basis). The amount should be made via bank transfer or our online payment method.
After receiving the deposit of your tour, a voucher confirmation will be sent to you within 24-48 hours.
- Final Payment: The balance of your tour will be made one month before the travel date. Payment by bank transfer or online payment is accepted.
