DAY 01: HO CHI MINH ARRIVAL
Xin Chao! Welcome to Vietnam, your adventure begins with the arrival in Vietnam. Our driver will meet and greet you at the airport then take you to your accommodations in Hanoi to get over the jetlag.

DAY 02: HO CHI MINH CITY - CU CHI TUNNELS H/D TOUR (B/L) - GROUP TOUR
In the morning, our guide will come to the hotel and pick you up for the tour to Cu Chi Tunnels. The trip will take approximately one and a half hours driving. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by a video about how the tunnels were constructed and how people survived in the harsh conditions of the war time. Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purpose during the war. Afterward, native Cu Chi tapioca will be served.

DAY 3: HO CHI MINH CITY TRAVEL TO HOI AN (B) FLIGHT INCLUDED
Have breakfast at the hotel and get ready for your flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Da Nang airport. Upon arrival, our driver will meet you at the airport and will transfer you to Hoi An. You will check in hotel and have some relaxing time at your resort or at the beach.
In the evening you could go to the Old Town, which transforms into a mystical row of lights and lanterns. In fact, Hoi An is a big center for silk lantern manufacturers and merchants. Every shop or establishment will have a few lanterns outside, but the rear sight is the lantern market.
After a stroll through the market, check out the outdoor traditional theatre. You will have a chance to see Vietnamese folk dancers and musicians perform traditional pieces. The theatre runs from 9 pm to 10 pm at the square on Nguyen Thai Hoc street. It is completely free and open to the public so it’s interesting to see, even if it’s just for a few minutes as you pass by. Before you retire to your hotel, be sure to light a candle box and set it in the water. Many kids sit along the banks of the channel and offer candles to you – remember to make a wish.

DAY 4: LANTERN MAKING LESSON (B/L)
Have breakfast at the hotel, and get ready to your lantern making lesson. Lanterns are the symbol of Hoi An and a big part of the local culture, you will have the opportunity to learn how to make them. Your guide will pick you up from your resort around 8 am and you will cycle through the town to the craftsman home. There you will get a brief introduction of to the history, shape, and color of the lanterns as well as the different stages of making them. Then you will be shown how to decorate the lanterns and then you will make your own lantern. Then you will say goodbye to your host and cycle to Tra Que Vegetable village to have lunch. After lunch, you will ride a bicycle back to your resort.
After the tour, you could go and explore the town at your own pace. Once known as Faifo Hoi An was an influential port along the Silk Road, for over 500 years, merchants from China, Japan, France, and Portugal settled in the prosperous town resulting in a distinctive blend of culture, cuisine, religions, and architecture. We recommend you to visit a former trading port, Chua Ong Pagoda, a stunning Chinese-style structure built in 1653, Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, famous for the Jinshan Temple dedicated to the goddess of the sea and Japanese Covered Bridge. You also could visit one of the tailor shops (tailoring is a big industry in Hoi An) and get clothes, shoes, and bags done within a day.

DAY 5: HOI AN TRAVEL TO HANOI (B) FLIGHT INCLUDED
Have breakfast at the hotel and enjoy your free time before the evening flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival at Hanoi, our driver will meet you and transfer to hotel. Have a good rest after the flight.

DAY 6: HANOI - BA VI ECO TOUR (B/L)
Have breakfast at the hotel then you will be escorted by an experienced English-speaking guide, a countryside located at the outskirt of Hanoi. The approximate travel time is one hour and 30 minutes.
Then arriving at Mr. Duoc’s house, you will be welcomed with fresh honey tea and green lentils or lotus seeds that made by his family. Imagine a Vietnam in the old time of war through stories of Mr. Duoc, who is not only a veteran who lives during those hard times but also a green tea expert. You will visit his tea plantation which is one of the largest in Ri village and join with locals in green tea processing. Afterward, have a Vietnamese cooking demonstration with another local host and then enjoy a home-cooked lunch in a lovely garden.
After that, you will wander around the village and mingling with local people. You will visit the local craftsman who has been skilled at making conical hats from a very young age and other workshops in the village to see how people there make tofu or shell the rice. As you meander through the countryside you will experience the friendliness of the local people greeting you along the way. Then join your guides for a leisurely cycling trip along the country roads. Observe traditional Vietnamese rural life as the local people work in the paddy fields. Along the way, watch out for a water buffalo plowing a paddy field while ducks swim across the top. Stop at another host family for foot bathing following the recipes of Muong ethnic group and relaxing time before embarking on your private boat for a trip along the Da river. Later, enjoy a transfer from Ba Vi to your accommodation in Hanoi

DAY 7: HANOI - HALONG BAY (B/L/D) - SHARING CRUISE
In the morning, check-out from the hotel and get pick-up by the Cruise. You will be picked up from your hotel at 7:30-8:00 am. Take the most scenic route to Halong Bay across the Red River Delta with emerald green rice paddies. On arrival to Halong, you will take a cruise on the bay to explore the limestone rocks and the karst grottoes.
After you are done with your exploration of the bay, it is time to enjoy an utterly delicious seafood lunch, after which a trip to the famous limestone cave in Ha Long Bay, you’ll get to spend some time here, kayaking or swimming, so that you can get closer to the floating villages and shops. Towards the evening, you will return to the boat for an early dinner, followed by some time at leisure. You can also attend the activities taking part in the boat.

DAY 8: HA LONG BAY - HANOI(B/L)
Rise early for Tai Chi lesson or just to enjoy a hearty breakfast. The boat will make its way back to the port stopping at the Limestone Cave, full of stalagmites and stalactites. From here, you would sail back to the main harbor and the return Hanoi around 17:00. Free at your leisure time.

DAY 9: TIME TO SAY GOODBYE - HANOI DEPARTURE (B)

PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT
1. Payment Process
- Deposit: In order to secure your spot for the tour, an amount of 100% internal-flight tickets and 10% of land service are required to pay (the amount vary based each on tour basis). The amount should be made via bank transfer or our online payment method.
After receiving the deposit of your tour, a voucher confirmation will be sent to you within 24-48 hours.
- Final Payment: The balance of your tour will be made one month before the travel date. Payment by bank transfer or online payment is accepted.
2. Payment Type
- Online payment by Credit Card with ONEPAY: We accept American Express, Visa card, MasterCard and JCB card since Realistic Asia is a verified member of OnePay System. Your card information will be protected during the transaction by using the security system with OnePay. Your invoice will be created when you confirmed the booking and send you the guideline to deposit your spot.

- By Bank Transfers: If you prefer to do the bank transfer, please contact us so we can send you the bank detail information. However, all the bank fee and foreign currency exchange have to be taken care at your end.
Realistic Asia must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive advice in writing and cancellation charges would apply as follows:
- 31 days and more before departure: 10% of the full payment + airfare cancellation fees (if any).
- 15-30 days before departure: 30% of the full payment + airfare cancellation fees (if any).
- 14 days and less before departure: 100% of the full payment.
