DAY 1: WELCOME TO VIETNAM – HANOI ARRIVAL
Your trip begins with the arrival in Vietnam. Our driver will meet and greet you at the airport. You will be escorted to the hotel by private transportation. Check-in to the hotel and get over the jet lag. After enjoying the first day yourself and return to the hotel for a relaxing sleep.

DAY 2: HANOI – SAPA – LAO CHAI – TA VAN – SHUTTLE BUS
06:30: Car and our guides pick you up at Hanoi Old Quarter and depart for Sapa. It takes 6 hours to arrive at Sapa. During the journey, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery on both sides of this road.
12:30: Arriving Sa Pa, our guide will picks you up at the bus station and take you to go to our hotel.
13:00: Visitors started a trekking journey about 4 hours to visit Lao Chai – Ta Van. You have an opportunity to explore the life of ethnic minorities, admire the spectacular natural scenery with the terraced rice fields. Visiting Sapa ancient rock with engraved images rocks, unique patterns of the ancients; admire the Bridge which made by clouds, cross the Muong Hoa stream poetic are an interesting moment.
Our driver will take you to get back to Sapa. You have a break and enjoy dinner at the hotel.
In the evening, you have free time to discover Sapa town.

DAY 3: CAT CAT VILLAGE – GROUP TOUR
You have breakfast at the hotel.
9:00 am: You start the trip on foot to explore the Cat Cat – Sin Chai village of ethnic Hmong – discovered by the French and choose resort here in the early twentieth century. Coming to Cat Cat Village, visitors will be seen hydropower station, the waterfall of the Cat Cat village and learned about the culture, customs and unique people here with traditional crafts such as weaving, touching carved silver, forged agricultural tools, to drag his wife…
12:00: Pick up from Cat Cat village back to Sapa town. Enjoy lunch at the hotel then you have free to visit Sapa town for shopping souvenirs.

DAY 4: SAPA BACK TO HANOI – SHARING BUS/ GROUP TOUR
After breakfast, tourists will have free time to walk around the Sapa town where you can find the market, the church, the famous mountain Ham Rong and the Silver waterfall or the Sky Portal. If you want to rent a bike to discover more, please inform us early. At noon, you come back to the hotel, you check out and have lunch, then you will have free time to buy souvenirs and prepare to come back with a lot of beautiful and unforgettable memories.
15:00: The driver takes you to go to the bus station. You get the bus to come back Hanoi.
22:00: You arrive in Ha Noi. End of tour.

DAY 5: HANOI – HA LONG BAY
In the morning, after breakfast at the hotel, the Cruise team will pick you up. Take the most scenic route to reach Halong Bay, taking you across the Red River Delta with emerald green rice paddies stretching for as far as the eyes can see. On arrival to Halong, you will enjoy a cruise on the Bay and explore the limestone rocks and the karst grottoes.
After you are done with your exploration of the bay, it is time to enjoy an utterly delicious seafood lunch, after which there will be a trip to the famous limestone cave in Ha Long Bay, you’ll get to spend some time here, kayaking or swimming so that you can get closer to the floating villages and shops. Towards the evening, you will return to the boat for an early dinner, followed by some time at leisure. You can optionally attend the activities taking part on the boat or just relax.

DAY 6: HALONG BAY – HANOI
Rise early for a lesson in Tai Chi or just to enjoy a hearty breakfast. The boat will make its way back to the port stopping at the Limestone Cave, full of stalagmites and stalactites. From here, it’s clear sailing back to the main harbor and the return Hanoi around 17:00. Free at your leisure time.

DAY 7: HANOI FLY TO HO CHI MINH CITY
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport and take the flight to Hoi An.
On Hoi an arrival, you will be picked up and transfer to hotel for check-in.

DAY 8: HO CHI MINH – CU CHI TUNNELS GROUP TOUR
Today you will be picked up by an experienced English-speaking guide to Cu Chi Tunnels, located in the countryside near Ho Chi Minh City. The approximate travel time is one hour and 30 minutes. The residents of Cu Chi took the war underground into a highly developed network of tunnels that at its height stretched as far as Cambodia and included meeting rooms, kitchens and triage areas. Imperceptible from the ground, opposing armies could roll their tanks over the bunkers without causing damage to the tunnels below. Living conditions were harsh – in addition to fighting the war, resident’s battled food and oxygen scarcity, venomous insects, and cramped living quarters. Gain important insight into the prolonged struggle against invading armies, and appreciation for the resilience and spirit of the Vietnamese people. After that, travelers can try the delicious manioc which was the main food for guerilla-warriors in Cu Chi during the war. Visitors can try to fire off an AK47 or MK16 or machine guns at the nearby shooting range.

DAY 9: HO CHI MINH CITY – MEKONG DELTA (B)
Depart from Ho Chi Minh City around 8.am, we head to Mekong Delta, the land of nine dragons. Getting out of the city, you will see the mighty delta with its quaint rural landscape and immense waterway.
Arrive Cai Be, greeting at Cai Be harbor and boat trip transfer to Mekong Lodge.
Check-in your private bungalows and enjoy a delicious lunch in our Mekong Riverside Restaurant
From 14h30pm: bike trip to Tan Phong island: visit some local handicraft: handmade banana leaves hammock, daily house products being made from water hyacinth, free fruit tasting & Vietnamese folk music. Then take a small rowing boat to a small canal. Then the cooking demonstration will be held in the evening & dinner at the restaurant.

DAY 10: MEKONG DELTA – HO CHI MINH CITY
07:00 – 08:00am: breakfast in the restaurant.
From 08:00am: boat trip to Cai Be market, visit handicraft villages, then transferred to Mekong Lodge.
11:30am: clear bill and check out.
12:00pm: boat trip transfer to Cai Be harbor and travel back to Ho Chi Minh City

DAY 11: HO CHI MINH CITY TRAVEL TO PHNOM PENH (BY BUS)

DAY 12: PHNOM PENH – BUS TO SIEM REAP (B)
After breakfast, you will be transferring to Siem Reap by bus.
Upon arrival, transfer to local restaurant for your lunch. After lunch, visit Artisan D’Angkor, a handicraft center the Handicraft for the wood and stone carving processes. Continue visit to Wat Thmey or Killing Field, contains a unique glass-walled stupa containing the bones of victims of the Khmer Rouge. After dinner, transfer for a check-in hotel.

DAY 13: SIEM REAP – ANGKOR WAT (B)
After breakfast, visit The South Gate of Angkor Thom: Bayob Temple, The Royal Enclosure, Phimeanaka, Elephant and Leper King Terrace. Continue visit to Ta Promh (the jungle temple. After lunch, visit Thommanan, Chaosay Tevoda, Ta Keo: small, attractive temple in very good condition, built all the same time as Angkor Wat. Continue to Angkor Wat: The “7th Wonders’ of the World”. World Heritage Site since 1992, famous for its beauty and splendor. Angkor Wat features the longest continuous bas-relief in the world, which runs along the outer gallery walls and narrates stories from Hindu mythology. Continue visit to Bakheng Hill: Sunset viewing on the top of the hill. Bakheng is the first major temple to be constructed in the Angkor area; this temple-mountain offers extraordinary views.

DAY 14: SIEM REAP (B)
After breakfast, visit to Floating Village, take a ride by traditional wooden boat on Tonle Sap Lake to experience the human occupations at the edges of the lake is similarly distinctive – floating villages, towering stilted houses, huge fish traps, and an economy and way of life deeply intertwined with the lake, the fish, the wildlife and the cycles of rising and falling waters. Afternoon, visit Cambodian Cultural Villages (http://www.cambodianculturalvillage.com/), including Wax Museum, Miniatures, former capital Ou Dong, Royal palace, National Museum, Wat Phnom, Phsar Thmey, 12th century Kompong Key Bridge, 16th century reclining Buddha and Independent Monument. Also includes Carving, Traditional Dances Show and Villages. Transfer back to town and free at own leisure until time transfer for dinner.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT
- Payment Process
- Deposit: In order to secure your spot for the tour, an amount of 100% internal-flight tickets and 10% of land service are required to pay (the amount vary based each on tour basis). The amount should be made via bank transfer or our online payment method.
After receiving the deposit of your tour, a voucher confirmation will be sent to you within 24-48 hours.
- Final Payment: The balance of your tour will be made one month before the travel date. Payment by bank transfer or online payment is accepted.

- Online payment by Credit Card with ONEPAY: We accept Visa card, MasterCard and JCB card since Realistic Asia is a verified member of OnePay System. Your card information will be protected during the transaction by using the security system with OnePay. Realistic Asia must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive advice in writing and cancellation charges would apply as follows:
- 31 days and more before departure: 10% of the full payment + airfare cancellation fees (if any).
- 15-30 days before departure: 30% of the full payment + airfare cancellation fees (if any).
- 14 days and less before departure: 100% of the full payment.
- No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the full payment
