Starting off the trip in the charming Hanoi, on the back of the bike, exploring the city’s labyrinth of backstreets and admire the faded glory of the architecture around the French Quarter. Travel out of Hanoi to a rustic, rural region that feels a world away from modern life. Mai Chau is an inspiring combination of stunning scenery and fascinating local culture. Next stop, we visit the spectacular terraced mountainside of Sapa and North Vietnam. Bring your hiking boots and head out into the hills, stopping at minority villages to witness traditional local life first-hand. Then deep in the misty, vine-clad mountains along Vietnam's border with Laos lies Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park, one of the country's most beautiful and unspoiled regions. Discover the breath-taking enormous cave complexes which riddle its towering peaks and explore Tu Lan Cave, an accessible for all levels as a part of Son Doong Cave systems, reputedly the largest cave in the world. Leaving Quang Binh behind, you’ll then fly to Ho Chi Minh for another spot of urban-exploration. A restored Army Jeep will take you to get around the bustling street and to the city’s historic landmarks, from the Opera House to the Notre Dame Cathedral. Also for a full picture of Vietnam’s past, you’ll also stop by the War Remnants Museum which offers powerful insight into the Vietnamese War years.
DAY 1: WELCOME TO VIETNAM – HA NOI ARRIVAL
Your trip begins with the arrival in Ha Noi. Your driver and guide will meet you at the airport and transfer to your accommodation. Check into a hotel and have some rest after the flight.
You can take a walk around the neighborhood. Historic charm, architectural marvels, and products’ variety are splashed all over this area.

DAY 2: HANOI VESPA TOUR (B/L)

It's back on the Vespa for the ride to the An Duong market to see where local people come to buy and sale fresh vegetable and food for the daily life, and stroll around this huge, bustling place take in the vibrant atmosphere that stypifies Hanoi
Our next ride takes us along the riverside get on the red river island to visit a hidden gem village, here also see poor part of people live, and to see people farming on this island and also have chance to meet and chat with people live on this island, and our guide will take you to visit a local family to see how about the daily life
Then now we driver up through the banana farm see the beautiful and green of the vegetable farm along the way and now the time we get to visit Kumquat farm these little trees are traditional gifts at Tet, the Vietnamese lunar new year, and adorn every family home, symbolizing , Luck. Health, Wealth, Fertility and peace
After long Driver and visiting now our time for relax enjoy Vietnamese coffee and you could try the famous coffee of Hanoi is Egg coffee
After all our last destination we then ride out of the city to the Long Bien Bridge, a magnificent structure build over a hundred of years ago with spans the red river and connects the Hoan Kiem and Long Bien districts and provides shelter to locals living on the boats underneath, on motorbikes & bicycle can traverse so off we go!
We then get on the Vespa and head to the local restaurant for you enjoy the Vietnamese cuisine , after lunch our Vespa team will ride you back your hotel stay or you can get off anywhere you want just tell our rider

DAY 3: TRAVEL TO MAI CHAU VILLAGE – OVERNIGHT AT MAI CHAU HIDEAWAY (B)
Have breakfast at the hotel, leisure time on your own before the driver come to the hotel and pick you up for transfer to Mai Chau. Arriving in Mai Chau and relaxing time in the beautiful village

DAY 4: MAI CHAU BOATING TOUR (B/L)

Discovering the nature and daily life of Thai and Muong ethnic people.
8h30 AM: After breakfast, Take a boat trip on Da River as the
biggest lake of Vietnam.
9h00 AM: take a short brake to visit a floating houses and
experience fisher man daily life there.
10h00 AM : we head to Ngoi Hoa Bay then takes around 15 minutes to climb up to Fairy Pond, it’s beautiful and pristine, you will love it at first sight. . The water here is blue like jade.
11h30 PM: Back to Mai Chau hideaway resort, end of service.

DAY 5. BACK TO TRANQUIL CAPITAL - TRAIN TO SAPA - OVERNIGHT ON TRAIN (B)
Have a breakfast at your hotel. Enjoy your rest of time in Mai Chau then our driver will pick you up to Hanoi
Check in hotel in Hanoi and relax. Until 8:30 – 8:45pm, our driver will pick you up from your hotel to train station. Take a night train to Sapa.

DAY 6: LAO CHAI – TAVAN – GIANG TA CHAI – SAPA (B/L)
The day is devoted to a beautiful hike through the breathtaking scenery of Sa Pa valley. Start by road that descends in the wake of the street Cau May (6 km) En route, admire the rice terraces hidden behind mist of the morning, a truly awe-inspiring sight.
Follow a small track and cross Muong Hoa River and pass well tended rice terraces on your way to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai. Continuing through the colorful rice terraces you will reach the village of Ta Van Giay. As you continue your trek along the Muong Hoa River you will cross a small suspension bridge, roughly 2km from the settlement. Here you can discover a fascinating collection of rock carvings. These engravings depict some beautiful images of man, stilt houses and some beautiful decorative patterns. We lunch in a home in the village. After lunch the walk continues through a bamboo forest to Giang Ta Chai, a Red Dao ethnic minority village. After taking a rest nearby a waterfall to refresh, you start climbing uphill to a road where the car is ready for your journey back to Sapa.

DAY 7: TAPHIN RED DAO HILL TRIBE VILLAGE – TRAIN TO HANOI - OVERNIGHT ON TRAIN(B/L)
Have a breakfast at your hotel . Yur journey will be mostly driving downhill toward Lao Cai, before taking a left turn into a small paved road leading to Taphin village. Here you can experience the unmixed cultural life of Black Hmong and Red Dao minorities, 2 largest ethnic groups in the area. They live happily together while maintaining their own tradition from generation to generation. You can recognise them by dressing while they are both very famous of handicraft. You will enjoy walking among local people. The trip also offers you the opportunity to visit the local houses. You will return Sapa by car.
Then our driver will pick you up from your hotel to train station. Take a night train to Hanoi

DAY 8: TRAVEL FROM HANOI TO QUANG BINH - FLIGHT INCLUDED (B/L)
Have a breakfast at your hotel then our driver will pick you up to the airport. Take a flight to Dong Hoi

DAY 9: DISCOVER THE TU LAN CAVE (B/L/D)
You will be picked up at your hotel and transfer to Tan Hoa, located 70 km away. After a safety briefing and gear check, you need to sign our Release Form before it's off and away for a full day of trekking. The trek begins with a 2.5 km march across fields of peanut crops, giant water buffaloes, towering corn stalks, and down to the Rao Nan River. The adventure accelerates with a 30 m climb up a rocky hill to a small jungle opening where you can catch your breath before a 100 m descent in elevation down to Hung Ton Valley.
Lunch will be enjoyed in the Hung Ton Cave opening and then the adventure picks up again with some serious trekking from Hung Ton Valley and over to Mango Mountain, then back down into Tu Lan Valley (3 km). By midafternoon, Tu Lan campsite will be on the horizon, where swimming can be enjoyed in the beautiful waterfall. Afternoon activities include exploring and swimming through Ken Cave, located next to the campsite, and after that it’s back to camp for a delicious BBQ dinner. Sleep will come easy in comfortable hammocks or tents set up amongst the trees!

DAY 10: THE SECOND DAYS ON THE MAGNIFICENT CAVE (B/L)
The second day starts with a hearty breakfast, and more cave exploration. Starting with a brief swim across the river into the heart of Tu Lan Cave System, you will break to enjoy the blue lagoon entrance before making your way 180 m downstream through Tu Lan Cave entrance. Make your way up to explore the dry part with some climbing and squeezing, at which point you will reach the dry exit and trek a short way through the valley into Kim Cave dry entrance. Stay a while for watch out the natural window and then you will be off on a swim (450 m) and trek (500 m) through Hang Kim to To Mo Valley. A picnic lunch will be served next to a stunning waterfall by Hung Ton Cave mouth. Then, you will try to follow a dry path before swimming out through Hung Ton wet cave. Following this is the exploration of a dry passage, and then a trek down into Hung Ton Valley (800 m). Arrival in Tan Hoa is followed by a chance to take in the scenery with a cold drink in hand. Showers are available for those who would like to clean up and change, and then departure back to Phong Nha is at around 4 pm, with arrival in Phong Nha by 5:30 pm (Note: 6:00 - 6:30 pm from November to March).

DAY 11: QUANG BINH – FLY TO HO CHI MINH CITY - FLIGHT INCLUDED (B)
Have some rest and free time in Quang Binh before heading to the Dong Hoi airport by our transportation for your flight to Ho Chi Minh.
Upon arrival you will be met at the airport and transferred to your accommodation.

DAY 12: DISCOVER THE VIBRANT CITY BY JEEP CAR (B/L)
Have a breakfast at your hotel then our Jeep car will take you for Ho Chi Minh City Tour. First stop on your tour Jeep will take you go to visit the Independence Palace/ the Reunification Palace. The palace is symbolic of the end of the Vietnam War during the Fall of Saigon on April 30, 1975, when the North Vietnamese Army tank number 843 crashed through the gates of what was at the time the residence of the President of the Republic of Vietnam.
Next, you will admire the Museum of American War Crimes/ the War Remnants Museum is the most popular museum of Ho Chi Minh City. It gathers a collection of the machinery, weapons, photos, and documentation of Vietnam’s wars.
After the Museum, you will see Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Post Office are the two of the best highlights of old Saigon architecture, and are located next to each other and right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City.
And then, Jeep will take you visit some famous road in Saigon as Dong Khoi street, Nguyen Hue strt. Jeep go ahead to visit to Ben Thanh Market, a lively market in District 1, where your guide can help you barter for goods. And then, Jeep go to Bui Vien street and go back your hotel .
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.
DAY 13: TIME TO SAY GOODBYE - HO CHI MINH CITY DEPARTURE (B)
Relish a healthy breakfast on the final day of your trip. Complete the hotel check-out formalities after which you can visit the local markets and buy souvenirs for your loved ones. Later, proceed for departure and board your flight back home. Trip Ends.

1. Payment Process
- Deposit: In order to secure your spot for the tour, an amount of 100% internal-flight tickets and 10% of land service are required to pay (the amount vary based each on tour basis). The amount should be made via bank transfer or our online payment method.
After receiving the deposit of your tour, a voucher confirmation will be sent to you within 24-48 hours.
- Final Payment: The balance of your tour will be made one month before the travel date. Payment by bank transfer or online payment is accepted.
2. Payment Type
- Online payment by Credit Card with ONEPAY: We accept American Express, Visa card, MasterCard and JCB card since Realistic Asia is a verified member of OnePay System. Your card information will be protected during the transaction by using the security system with OnePay. Your invoice will be created when you confirmed the booking and send you the guideline to deposit your spot.
- By Bank Transfers: If you prefer to do the bank transfer, please contact us so we can send you the bank detail information. However, all the bank fee and foreign currency exchange have to be taken care at your end.
Realistic Asia must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive advice in writing and cancellation charges would apply as follows:
- 31 days and more before departure: 10% of the full payment + airfare cancellation fees (if any).
- 15-30 days before departure: 30% of the full payment + airfare cancellation fees (if any).
- 14 days and less before departure: 100% of the full payment.
- No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the full payment

- Realistic Asia demands that all clients going on our trips hold proper personal medical insurance. If clients do not hold insurances and refuse to sign on before departure, Realistic Asia reserves the right not to carry out the trip.
